Olumuyiwa Olanrewaju Ph.D
CEO
Olumuyiwa is the Chief Executive Officer, Watershed Fund Management Limited. He was pioneer CEO of Watershed Capital Limited – a financial advisory firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. He holds a Ph. D. in Energy Finance from Centre for Petroleum Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL), University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is a seasoned Investment Analyst and Manager. He has several years of experience as a Business Analyst, having worked in leading investment research firms in Nigeria. Olumuyiwa rose to the position of Chief Economist and Head Research and Investment Management Department Marina Securities Limited(now Coronation Securities). He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria. Muyiwa is also an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigeria Exchange. His special area of interest is energy finance. Olumuyiwa has led his team to raise funds for different projects in Nigeria across sectors like health, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, agricultural, telecommunication, oil & gas, petrochemical sectors and other infrastructures. He has also facilitated several training programmes in finance and investment. These have continued to strengthen the company’s capabilities.
Oluleye Adedamola
Oluleye Ademola, M.Sc Econs., ACA, ACS is an experienced investment banker with diverse experience in portfolio management, securities dealings, financial advisory services including equity & debt capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and investment advisory services. He had been involved in the execution of some issuing house transactions from simple to complex structures traversing capital raising (equities and debts) and project finance within the financial services, infrastructure and real estate sectors and public sector transactions. Oluleye is in charge of Investment at Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited with well over N200billion pension fund assets under management. Prior to joining Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited, he had a stint with PAC Capital Limited, an investment banking firm, in 2018. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (2008), the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (2012), as well as the Nigerian Institute of Management (2007). He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk on the floors of The Nigerian Exchange.
Mrs. Ebere OBI-AKINWALE
Ebere LLB, BL is a corporate, commercial and business minded Legal Practitioner. Ebere holds a Bachelor of Law degree from University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2015. She is also a member of the Nigeria Bar Association Ikeja Branch. Ebere is an experienced Legal Practitioner with abundant interpersonal skills and vast experience at communicating at all levels with the objective of achieving laid down goals to the benefit of corporate organizations and business. A lady of great character, with high moral pedigree.
